Fantasycon 2024 news

Posted on 20 January 202420 January 2024 By Graham No Comments on Fantasycon 2024 news

Last year I went to Fantasycon a convention hosted by the British Fantasy Society. (post here) and I loved it. From meeting authors, buying soooo many books, lots of them signed copies, and visiting the amazing panels and talks it was a fantastic weekend.

This year it is in Chester and I have my ticket and I have booked my accommodation and I am looking forward to it. Seems a long way off but if this year is anything like the last one then it will go in the blink of an eye.

As we get closer there will be more announcements for guests of honor and panels which I am looking forward to seeing. The first guest of honor has just been announced and it’s the award-winning Fantasy Author Stephen Aryan. Stephen has written many books including the Age Of Darkness and Age of Dread series, The Coward and The Warrior. His latest is The Judas Blossom book one of the Nightingale and the Falcon trilogy. Read all about it on the Fantasycon website.

The convention was an amazing time last year and something that any Fantasy reader/author would enjoy.

I hope to see you there ( I need to talk to more new people next time)

See you in the funny papers, Graham
